Real Estate - Mr. Trimnal is a Member/Partner in the real estate department and serves as chairperson of the real estate transactions team of Blackwell Trimnal, LLC. His practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate closings including representation of purchasers, developers, investors and sellers. He is extensively involved in structuring real estate transactions and closings to meet the needs of all participants including negotiating contracts, title examination and title insurance. Mr. Trimnal is a licensed title insurance agent with Investors Title Insurance Company and has experience with 1031 Tax Free Exchanges. Mr. Trimnal has experience in civil litigation, including trials, settlement negotiations, mediations and class action litigation.

Mr. Trimnal is a licensed title insurance agent in the state of South Carolina. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, approved to practice in the Federal District Court and a member of the Lancaster County Bar Association. He currently serves on the Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce as a member of the Board of Directors, and is a member of the Lancaster County Breakfast Rotary. Mr. Trimnal is also Vice President of the Lancaster High School Booster Club. He has recently served on the Communities in Schools Board, the Lancaster County Youth Endowment Board, the Matt Blackwell Foundation and Habitat for Humanity. Brian is a National Civitan Fellow.
