Mr. Myers is a native of Lancaster County, South Carolina and is licensed to practice law in the state of South Carolina. Mr. Myers practice focuses in the areas of family law, personal injury litigation, and business transactions.  Mr. Myers utilizes a client oriented approach that tailors his cases to the specific needs of his clients. 

Areas of Practice

Family Law. Mr. Myers representation in all areas of family law practice including divorce, separation, custody, visitation, child support, and adoption proceedings.   Mr. Myers is committed to ensuring his clients get the best representation during the often difficult and emotional situations that accompany family court proceedings.

Personal Injury. Mr. Myers represents clients that have been involved in catastrophic injuries including car accidents, wrongful death cases, severe workplace injuries, and premise liability claims. He provides a thorough evaluation of all cases and advises the best available course of action for his client whether that is negotiating a structured financial settlement or presenting the case to a jury.

Business Law. Mr. Myers is involved in the representation of clients in all types of business formations and negotiations for business agreements.

Membership/ Affiliations/Community Service

Mr. Myers is licensed to practice law in the state of South Carolina. Mr. Myers is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, the Lancaster County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Lancaster County Community Foundation.  He is one of the founders of the B.E.S.T student mentor program at Indian Land elementary and middle school.  Mr. Myers also currently serves on the Indian Land Rescue/EMS Board of Directors.
